Notary of US Documents
Yes, we are notarizing documents for use in the U.S. Your documents will also be Apostilled by the Department of Foreign Affairs under the Hague Apostille Convention.
Please be informed that government agencies in the U.S. will not accept your documents for processing without the DFA Apostille.
Nullity of Marriage
There is a strict implementation of the Supreme Court Circular on the residence of the parties in annulment cases. You have to show proof of residency of at least 6 months before the filing of the Petition. Also, the handling lawyer needs to sign an Affidavit that your residence is true, of his/her own knowledge.
For logical and practical reasons, we only accept Annulment cases if you or your spouse is a resident of Metro Manila and only upon showing to us your proof of residency.
Lifting of Immigration Blacklist
Yes, we can represent you in the lifting of your immigration blacklist. But please send us a copy of your blacklist order or exclusion order when you send us your inquiry so we can properly address your concerns.
