Dubai, UAE -
AL WASL
TRAVELS LLC and GTALAW signed an agreement formally
appointing the Law Firm as the company's legal counsel in the
Philippines.
Abdul Razaqh Mohammadi (Abu Nader),
Group Managing Director represented AL WASL TRAVELS LLC and
Alexander Llanes Acain, Jr., Managing Partner, who traveled to Dubai
for this purpose, represented Guzman Taņedo & Acain Law Firm. The
signing was held at the company's head office in Dubai, UAE.
Abdul Razaqh Mohammadi or "Abu Nader"
is known as the charitable, kindhearted and benevolent Arab among
many Overseas Filipino Workers as well as the Philippine Embassy in
Dubai UAE. Filipinos who were unjustly banned and maltreated by
their employers usually come to Abu Nader for help and Abu Nader
helped them unconditionally.
Abu Nader also helped Rick Roces,
former PBA Commissioner and basketball coach both in Philippines and
UAE. Mr. Roces was trapped in Kish island when his employer unjustly
banned him from entering UAE after his employer found out that he
will be transferring employment to another employer who is offering
better pay and more benefits. Mr. Roces was able to enter UAE again
after Abu Nader provided him free legal services. "I am
thankful to God. I am thankful to Abu Nader. He helps a lot of
people and his heart is for the Filipinos. I wish him more life and
more power not only because he has helped me but because many
Filipinos attest to his good deeds for our community" said Mr. Rick
Roces. Last December 2005, Abu Nader also offered free tickets and
gifts to Filipino Domestic helpers who were stranded at the POLO-OWWA
office in Dubai. POLO's Assistant Director Ching Ardevilla
introduced Abu Nader as someone who is always ready to help
Filipinos.
Just recently, Abu Nader provided free
legal services to 6 Filipino Domestic helpers who were victims of
white slavery and trafficking by their Indian employers.
Abu Nader plans to bring in
investments in the Philippines so that Filipinos need not go to Dubai, UAE for work anymore. GTALAW is also tasked by Abu Nader to
investigate extortion reports that innocent Filipinos who are
traveling to Dubai on visit visas are being extorted money by
Immigration Officials at the Philippine airports.
