Company Registration at the SEC/BOI/PEZA
Register your firm before the Securities and Exchange Commission and
in the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) or before the Board of
Investments (BOI), as the case may be.
Application for Pioneer status
Whenever applicable, apply for a pioneer status of your firm.
Registration with Central Bank and Bureau of Internal Revenue
Register your company before the Central Bank of the Philippines and
Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Application for city and Municipal Permits
All establishments are required to secure the necessary city and
municipal mayor’s permit. For your own convenience, you may wish
that we should do the application for you.
Visa applications and extensions of
stay
Our firm applies and facilitates the visa requirements for your
expatriates and their families that will be working here in the Philippines or
request for extension of their tourist visas.
Legal Consultancy
Our Firm also provides regular legal consultancy on a monthly Retainer
fee such as but not limited to giving legal opinions
on specific concerns, drafting of various employees contract and
executive agreements and interpretation of various business
contracts.
